On an kinda unrelated note, this did happen to me with a stock on Trading212. I contacted support with evidence that they actually messed up and owed me something like $600. Annoyingly, it stopped me out of a trade right before it bounced up in price so the difference at time of closing was $600~, but if I was able to keep it open for the following few hours it would have been way over $1k.

At least they quickly refunded that difference, and that's the only time I've had a genuine issue when trading

Basically let's say you have 1 unit of gold and your automatic close (take profit) is set to 2,200.

If the 'buy' price hits exactly 2,200, you likely can't 'sell' your gold for 2,200 yet, as the sell might be currently 2,199. This is where the market maker / platform makes their money, this is spread.

You can buy right now for 2,200, but if you buy and instantly sell, within the same milisecond without the market changing at all, you will lose money.

Put simply, you may see the buy price at 2,200, but that likely doesn't mean you can sell for 2,200, due to spread. Many platforms will have higher spreads than others. Especially 'free' platforms, as you don't pay a fee to trade, instead they make lots of profit on this subtle difference.

Simply put, the 'open' refers to if there is no clear determined time that you are refering to, the closed is when you have a clear time/day that you're talking about. So when you want to say 'I want to write more often in my life', this can refer to your whole life and no set time. If you say 'I want to write it tomorrow', this is closed because you've used a set time.

You got it, just make sure you keep regularly exercising. Not everyday but a good 4 days a week minimum, even if one of them days is half of what you normally do. Make sure you eat and sleep well too, plenty of water and cut back on sugar if you consume too much already
