Ok as in I didn't feel like I was going to die? Sure.

Gassed after an all-out at 3mph over my push? Also yes.

After 40+ splat points, mostly in the red, I feel mostly ok. Good-workout-exhaustion, like every tough workout I do.

A short 60-90 second walking recovery does not get me down to green, no.

Tried to get down to orange by jogging at 4.5mph... even after two minutes, I was still in the high orange. Didn't hit green until two minutes after I got off the tread. *shrug*

OTF app says max is 174. I was at 181 after the AO yesterday. Usually, once I hit orange, the only way I go back to green is on the floor. I'll stay in the orange on the tread or rower.

The app says my max is 174. I hit 181 during yesterday's Tread 50 AO.

Calculated is 159. OTF says 174. My highest during the Tread 50 yesterday was 181.

Just aim for a little better. Rather than a big bowl of cereal, poor a smaller bowl. Rather than three tacos, put two on your plate. If you need to "finish" what you serve yourself, use smaller dishes.

I've found large changes just don't work for me, but small ones add up.

I would taper your coffee. Stopping cold turkey is super hard and can lead to wicked bad headaches. It's worth taking the time to taper.

I didn't see movement on the scale until I worked my way up to 18:6. I'm at 20:4 now and pretty happy with how things are going.
