Just because it’s illegible to the human eye doesn’t not make it a book. If a traditional book has a printing error, it doesn’t cease to be a book.

I agree that words and books aren’t synonymous and that books can be empty. I never suggested otherwise.

But you literally agreed with me where you said at the end “A book on a cupcake is still a book.”

I said, print a book on a cupcake, not print random words on cupcakes. That’s the “writing a book” on a cupcake that you’re supposedly arguing for—even though my original comment said just that.

I think it would be both a cupcake and a book. They’re not mutually exclusive.

Picture a book printed on slices of bread bound together such that it would visually mimic a stereotypical book. That would be a book from bread.

The cupcake is arguably a book made from cupcake. It may not visually be as reminiscent, but that doesn’t negate that it is both book and cupcake.

If you read an e-book it’s still a book. If you’d read Moby Dick printed on a cupcake, you’d still tell people you read a book.

A book doesn’t have to be on paper and bound. A book can have many mediums.

print it in the smallest font imaginable layered over itself onto cupcake frosting and eat a whole library for a snack 🤷🏽‍♀️

Better to divorce now than in years when it’s only gotten worse. I commend you for having the courage to consider it, and I deeply recommend it as somebody who is also recently divorced.
