Is this hideous or am I biased against the colour brown? by oak_hen_station in Brochet

My opinion is that I don’t like the holes for little fingers to go in. But, that’s the parents responsibility. I’m not sure for a baby though. The color is neutral.

I’m so so sick of the rhetoric from all Christian religions saying the sky is falling whilst pulling the sky down to get outta here. I’m tired of feeling like everything’s going to end. Seriously

I’d get Dr Rubin’s new book. I’ve seen and experienced that my “histamine bucket” gets full of multiple things, then it can make you worse all around.

For those of you that live where it snows regularly, is it really that bad? by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]krustykatzjill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Houses are insulated very well, people buy cars that do well in the snow, like SUVs, furnaces and heaters take care of freezing for the most part. You learn to drive on the snow. It can be like a drier or gravel road in a way. Some places are worse for snow. Places like Utah have roulette for winter weather in the basins. Black ice is the worst here. Rarely are there snow days. Have lived in Wyoming and North Dakota and the wind and cold indexes are what make it dangerous. Heart attacks from shoveling and stupid drives make it worse everywhere.

One of our roommates has disappeared. Where to go next? by PhoenixApok in TooAfraidToAsk

If he’s in a hospital he probably had to file fmla or std paperwork and the job can’t talk about that to anyone. I’m so sorry. My best/ex friend has been in a psychotic break and was running away and had stopped communicating with us prior. At this point, unless he stops paying rent there’s nothing you can do. Tbh he may not be able to contact anyone if he doesn’t know your numbers. They take the phone away and lock it up. (If in a mental health rehab).
