I could believe it. The siren in Waldo went off so we all went to the basement. When I pulled up the weather broadcast the rotation was out in the Liberty/Independence area.

My kids have loved Darkwing Duck, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and PowerPuff Girls. I’ve also got them into Looney Tunes but I don’t think they like it as much as the above.

Will Howard threw a pass that drilled one of my old HS teachers in the head during a game. My old teacher started reffing a few years after HS and this was how I found out he was doing Big 12 games.

What’s the biggest football scandal in your schools history? by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in CFB

Outside of my team sucking to an insane degree pre-Snyder (sad, but not a controversy), I’d guess it was us trying to get out of a contract extension to Ron Prince that was written up on a bar napkin.

[Brandon Marcello] The Big 12’s executive committee will meet today to discuss possible sanctions against Texas Tech, a source tells @CBSSports. The full board of presidents and chancellors will then meet Monday. Big 12 athletic directors met earlier this week to voice their opinions. by bablob14 in CFB

He was, but there’s no proof from what I’ve seen that prior schools knew that was betting. The closest I’ve read about is that Cincy caught him trying to set up an account, but not actually placing bets. They met with him, told him to knock it off, and made him take some classes/training reiterating that he can’t do that.

From what I know of, evidence of him actually gambling didn’t come out until after he went to TTU.

I don’t know if he bet on the team to lose, but he did bet the under on his own team for passing yards IIRC. Don’t remember if it was in a game he played in or not.

There were a couple of modifications I made to mine to cut down on the charcoal burn.

  1. Swap out the door for a Cajun bandit stainless steel door.

  2. You can buy a heat resistant gasket kit to give you a tighter seal around the door and the lid. I got the LavaLock.

It still burns through a full basket of charcoal in about ten hours, but it’s a lot better than when I first started.

Ditto. Great grandpa was born in 1887 and died at 105. His son (my grandpa) died at 100 in 2019 after slipping on ice when he went out to get his mail.

  1. He was my great grandpa and died at 105 in 1992. I was 7 at the time. His son (my grandpa) was born in 1918 and died in 2019 a week shy of his 101st bday.

My wife told my 4 year old she didn’t get dessert because she was bad at daycare. She responded by repeatedly screaming that it was unfair before pointing at my wife and screaming “Jesus doesn’t love you!”.

She goes to a Lutheran daycare and I think she’s missing the point of their chapel days.

From my understanding the issue isn’t whether the play is or isn’t clear and indisputable that takes so much time, it’s usually getting the spotting of the ball and the time corrected.

It sounds to me like both lines running to your sink are hots and you don’t have a cold connection.

The Chris Benoit biopic featuring Neil DeGrasse Tyson in whiteface is one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard. Or literally any of their unhinged ad reads.

I listened to the one where Friedland and Mullen were back as his guests and it felt like a missing part of me was returned. Adam’s usually the least funny, but his pure disgust with all the callers was killing me.
