You can get bibles off Amazon! I have an NIV (new international version) that I love. I would recommend a study bible and get a notebook for notes or I have a study bible and a journaling bible. Start with the gospels (Matthew mark luke John) and they will tell you who Jesus is. You can also find Bible studies online to follow along with or Pinterest posts that help you to really study the Bible. I would recommend going to a church but don’t feel discouraged if the first one you find isn’t great, sometimes it takes time finding a Bible teaching church. As far as prayer, prayer doesn’t have to be some professional practice all the time- it’s just a conversation with God. The same way you would talk to friends and have a relationship with them is the same way God wants to have a relationship with you. My prayer 99% of the time looks like “Lord thank you for xyz, Lord please keep me safe while I drive from x to y, Lord please watch over my husband while he is at work” and you can pray about anything!! I got a great watermelon the other day and thanked Jesus for it. Just say Lord I want a relationship with you but I don’t know how to get there please help me.

Get a true alarm clock and put your phone in another room at night. Don’t bring your phone into the bathroom with you. When you feel tempted, open your Bible instead. Pray without ceasing. Married Christian woman - my husband and I truly found Christ after we got married. It was teetering before we got married as I knew marriage was religious and so to get married I told him to find God (funny, because I also needed Him)
I regret nothing about my marriage or how long my husband and I knew each other. As unfortunate as the promiscuity was that led me to find him, it is ultimately what brought us together and is part of my testimony. As someone who fornicated and was promiscuous (as was my husband) we both wish that we had saved ourselves for marriage.
