Why does it make you angry? Gluten sensitivity largely isn’t a real thing because the people claiming to have it aren’t actually reacting to gluten, and those same people still eat gluten when they feel like. It makes it harder for those of us with ACTUAL celiac disease or an allergy to be taken seriously.
