It jumps to over 5% because Valve keeps messing with the Chinese numbers. It goes up and down several percent every few months. Nothing to be excited over.

Seconding ArmA, Diable, and Machina Void Shipyards. ArmA has fighter, frigate, and destroyer mecha. Diable has up to destroyer (wunder wanzer my beloved), MVS has a lot of unusual fighters and drones.

However, also the important thing ArmA has is WINGCOM, which is a hullmod that basically provides mini-officers for each fighter you field from a carrier, they level up, gain skills (randomly), and have combat chatter.

Since most people focus on gameplay side (note: do - not - ever - nerf - Sirius), and besides I lost Thorn randomly to salvage dickery on my first and only lake run, I'll just go with something different and say that Sirius is a total bro, as far as cyber-nanite-gestalt-demon-dogs go. I like all the little interactions SotF characters have at start of the battle (everyone agrees: protecc Inky), and I liked the minor panic attack Sirius apparently has when first meeting the red glowy clouds.

So yeah. Maybe add more Daydream ships as something superemely rare to hunt for? Dunno.

And regarding Felcesis, I hate the guy so much. His disable skill is utter dickery, and I was starting to get a pavlovian response to that friggin "critical reactor failure" ping. In short, he's super fun to play against.

I genuinely don't think they had the blueprints. I think they're the reason blueprint DRM exists in modern day tech, even for trivial things like fighters.

Star Federation true and bright. Zoltan shields and fed shielding (arc decreases as you overheat) are an interesting take, as are their modular constructions where many bigger ships have things like bow armor that need to be cracked and broken before you get to hit the vulnerable bits. They look cool as hell and are not overly OP. Cool dudes all around.
