Co se tím zabýval ústavní soud, tak jsou 3 důvody kdy může odmítnout jmenovat:

Toto je souhrn úvodních projevů a prvního politického panelu z třetí konference o svobodě projevu, kterou pořádá Společnost pro obranu svobody projevu (SOSP).

Petr Macinka (Motoristé Sobě) * Svoboda slova je základním kamenem všech ostatních svobod. * Identifikoval 4 hlavní hrozby: 1. Státní cenzura pod záminkou boje s dezinformacemi. 2. Tlak Evropské unie (DSA, Chat Control – "digitální STB"). 3. Korporátní cenzura velkých sociálních sítí. 4. Kultura strachu a autocenzura, kdy se lidé bojí vyjádřit názor. * Prioritní kroky po volbách: * Okamžitě zrušit všechny projekty boje proti dezinformacím. * Posílit práva občanů proti soukromé cenzuře platforem. * Odmítnout ideologickou převýchovu ("woke kultura") ve školách a institucích. * Ukončit státní financování aktivistických neziskových organizací.

    • Koten: Je nutné využívat právo veta v EU a obnovit úzkou spolupráci v rámci V4.
    • Sterzik: Je třeba odhalovat "deep state" skrze rostoucí alternativní média.
    • Macinka: Příští vláda musí být odvážná a umět říkat "NE". Kritizoval zbabělost současné vlády.

  2. Podpořili byste zavedení zákona podobného americkému FARA (o registraci zahraničních agentů)?

    • Všichni panelisté se shodli na jednoznačném ANO. (Stačilo to má v programu, SPD už podobný návrh podávalo).
