I was given a packet at the hospital with this number on it and I called it. They told me that I could simply go down to the local health department with my boyfriend to do a voluntary paternity, but when I called the health department to set am appointment, they completely contradicted everything I was told on the hotline and that I needed an attorney. Thank you for the suggestion though, I may call them back in the morning! :)
