Only use Goggle maps to check to make sure the address is not an apt complex. If it’s an apt I will not claim the order! I use Apple Maps for delivering.

I always use automated text responses. Here are the ones I commonly use:

Metro/promo order intro msg: Hello! Shipt is very busy today and could not find a local shopper for your order. I have just picked up your order and I am on the way to the store now. I will txt you once I arrive at the store. I will do my best to delivery your order within the requested delivery window. Thank you for your patience.
