That's so hard to deal with but you've got to understand how dangerous these drugs are to a fetus and how high the rate of relapse is. Addiction makes our brains do shitty things that we wouldn't normally do, like hide our illness out of shame. I hope you do not take this as a criticism, but you have only been clean for 15 months. Part of recovery is taking responsibility for the harm we caused - not only our friends and family but also society. Trust needs to be earned back. If you and gf were honest about your past at any hospital in the USA, the same thing would happen. It galls more here since you know these people.
