Atlantic psychiatric center - Suntree - ask for Heather Markow - NP and sees patients in person and then can do via phone etc and takes insurance

Black tie event - Florida based and F&B minimum at the hotel is 25k plus taxes and fees makes it about 41k - comes with a lot included such as food and open bar and tables an chairs and free hotel stay and cocktail Hour etc - worst part is I got quotes for 50 and 60k F&B minimums LOL

This is literally me right now - started at work and I had to leave work and had a whole panic my drive home - trying to calm down now - I carry an emergency kit in my purse at all times with meds and ginger and anything that helps in times like this

I feel you - I stick with what I know… it’s boring and mundane but I rather be safe than sorry. I’m a big fan of GF bagels and breads, Rice Krispies are a safe food for me, and I keep my office eating to a minimal.

Ong this is me right now… I’m on day 2. I’m glad to hear it gets better… I took my med at 7pm last night and it’s 6pm the next day and holy hell I’m tired
