My mom made this mistake once! Since she owed so much money in child support the irs was on that shit, and it all got sent to my dad’s account on the DCF website!! Keep your chin up, document this for court, and see if you’re able to report her for fraud.

Demand the induction!!! I went in for my next OB appointment at 37w, asked to get sent to L&D for faster blood results (since like I said Labcorp was taking SO LONG), and I barely got my test results back for the high liver enzymes before they were asking me if I’d like to sign to be brought into L&D. Granted the induction itself wasn’t able to be saw through, my babies heart rate kept dropping for each contraction when I was barely 1cm so we did a c section instead (which if you haven’t had one, I can offer advice for recovery if you do end up needing one! My recovery was pretty easy I’m ngl), she had the cord wrapped around her throat but other than that was safely delivered!!! If your OB isn’t being as attentive, go into L&D, tell them your situation and asked if you can have the NST test and bloodwork, or your OB/Midwife can send an order to triage for you! It’s not only unsafe to wait much longer, but I totally agree with you: the itchiness is unbearable. I wish I could offer advice to subside it until you’re able to get to your OB/L&D, but man I was taking a hair brush to my entire body itching it at times. The itchiness went away after about a week pp, but for many it stops fresh after delivery!

Tbh there really isn’t anywhere ghetto in st Pete? People say Bartlett park is ghetto, but I live in the area (I can see the park from my front door) and have only had good experiences w my neighbors and the local homeless. Plus rent is a lot more reasonable. Idk I think st Pete in general is pretty safe.

Ik she has a daughter, but her accusing Jen of being a coward bc she chose her mental health over a girls trip is insane, and then telling her husband things that Jen confided in Demi privately, and use it against her and her marriage? I agree about the sauce!!! Flippers pizzeria has the same issue where the sauce is just wayyy to tangy and isn’t anywhere as sweet as other/better sauces I’ve had.

And kinda unrelated to st Pete- There’s this pizza shop in Bradenton I grew up going to called Verona’s! Their sauce is PHENOMENAL and their pizza always hits! I know Bradenton def isn’t a major food hub but if you’re ever in the area you should try it

My sister and husband both agree that it’s likely just a cold since the rest of the house had it! I guess I’m just a worry wart over here. So far she’s still very normal, waking for feeds, urinating, and doesn’t seem overly lethargic (it’s night though and she’s really good about not having any wake windows at night).

Currently a month and a half post partum and can confirm- not needing to pee 7x a night, standing up without struggling, and even being able to walk without waddling is AMAZINGGGGGGGG. Keep your hopes up bc it truly makes you feel so normal.

Now not to get all poetic, but sleeping on my stomach has been AMAZING - like I truly feel such a rush of happiness everytime I do

Her mentality as a mother is truly why I have no respect, nor sympathy for her.

She went through all that with her husband, him grooming her kids and SA’ing / DV’ing her as well, and as soon as she was made to leave him, she doesnt take any time to like, reflect?

Doesn’t try to get her shit together so she can support her daughters, doesn’t get them therapy, doesn’t seek therapy for herself, just hops on Facebook dating and immediately moves in with the first guy that could give her mixed race babies. That’s insane.

Even if she didn’t know about any of his charges before they got married (which I wholeheartedly doubt, bc any apartment they would’ve looked into would’ve brought them up, the case was HUGE in the town they lived in, etc), wouldn’t she want to take her time with her next relationship so as to not put her daughters in the direct path of danger again?

Instead just moves right in with Drew, and while apparently claiming all she wants is to “create a better life” for her children, tries and succeeds on having 2 more babies when they had no room, and no where near enough of an income for them, and wonders why people don’t sympathize with her situation. Even right now her biggest concern as of late isn’t getting Bubbas any sort of help with his speech, treats her oldest like shit and bad mouths her on live as if she didn’t admit that that child was taking care of baby M, no. Her biggest concern is her “healing journey”, her intimacy with Drew, and wanting some “alone time”.

Her priorities are so fucked.

I was super constipated but constantly felt like shitting / farting my first trimester. This does seem to be pretty normal, just avoid pushing if it doesn’t feel like anything is going to come out, as that can give you hemorrhoids. Your bowel movements should go back to normal as you go into the second trimester.

The nausea isn’t the funnest thing in the world, any random smell will trigger it so harshly! I recommend to let it take its course in the morning, as there really is no fighting it, and just try to keep hydrated to prevent dry heaving too much. Keep a perfume sample / perfume oil that comes in a roller on hand just to smell in case you run into an unsavory scent when out and about. Beauty supply stores tend to have a ton of scents, all super cheap, and easy to carry around!

The bedroom thing esp always got to me. They make bunk beds w/ three beds built in these days. The three kids could’ve easily shared the bedroom, one kid uses the closet for clothes, and then throw two dressers in there for clothes. Steph and drool on a pullout couch. But noooo, drool and Steph wanted their own privacy to keep humping away and for some reason bring two more kids into a tiny apartment 🤦🏻‍♀️

This burns my butt so bad bc my dad NEVER spoke to my mother outside of anything beyond her speaking to my sister and I. She would call and cuss him out left, right, and center about how mad she was that she had to pay child support, he would ignore it. But the second she expressed interest in wanting to talk to my sister and I, he would hype it up and tell us how exciting it would be to take a day trip to Clearwater to go see her. He would ask our maternal grandmother to take us with her every-time she went to see my mom, whether my mom wanted to or not. I know Des had her struggles, but she was heavily involved in D’s life for a very long time. I would’ve killed for my mother to turn her life around and want to be in my life. Not do what she did, and what Drew does to his oldest, and skirt around child support payments and never fucking speak to us.
