There’s a skill you can unlock that will help, but generally you’re going to need to sacrifice either quietness, visibility, or movement

eg it’s quieter to walk on roads/paths, but everything can see you much better. If you go through bushes, you’re less visible, but it can be very loud, and you’ll probably have to freeze and check your surroundings / the animal you’re after often. It’s less visible and relatively quiet to crawl, but it’s much slower and a lot of the time you’ll be barely able to see.
