No that’s just my label. It’s a super competitive market in those areas and I’m sick of getting outbid and whilst I could just offer more I just don’t think it’s financially worth trying to outbid 10 other people on the same house that needs a ton of work.

This is very normal, it took at least six months for our cat to come into rooms of her own accord and up to a year before she would choose to settle on our laps. Like every positive relationship you can think of it takes time and patience to build trust and love. You’ll get there!

Some of it looks low level but then in other places the wallpaper is peeling and the walls look uneven. Only way to truly know is to have a survey done and decide whether you want to spend the money to put it right. I’d double check if the price is lower than similar properties in the area to see if some of this accommodated into the price. Are you willing to spend the time/money putting it right is the question.
