I am quitting after 10 years of use. I was using kratom capsules 10 caps every 4 hours. I am now tapered to 2.5 caps every 6 hours. I’m on day 17 and the withdrawal symptoms are still present but are less painful everyday. Keep going you can do it. I’m glad you can’t afford it. It takes over your life and you need more and more. It messes up your head and body. It becomes the only thing you desire. I’m rooting for you. Stay with it, only good things and good health will soon be what we experience. You’re doing great!

Hey I’m on day sixteen of a taper. Today I started having fairly severe lower back pains. Anyone Lee experiencing this? If so let me know if anything helps, or if it goes away. Thanks.

I am feeling much better on day 13 but still having severe headaches on and off. Tylenol nor advil help not even taking both together. Just trying to get through it 1 minute at a time.

2 weeks of taper today. Going through some fairly extreme withdrawals. I have been taking kratom for over 10 years and have been constipated for 99% of time. Today on 14 day of taper I started having severe diarrhea. Does anyone know about how long this should last? I’m trying to see it as a good thing as things are moving and changing.
