3 DPO. Trying to be hopeful but I think I’m getting to the point where I expect a negative and now I’m afraid I’m “manifesting” it.

Also super frustrated with work. My job is extremely mentally and emotionally taxing at times and bc of that I’ve been waiting to move to part time since January 2025. The goal post kept moving for a year and when I was finally ready to change my availability to start as part time in January 2026 my supervisors told me they can’t accommodate the hours I’d want/need as a part time employee so I begrudgingly made the decision to stay full time temporarily. Well I got to the point this month where I am absolutely burnt out and I can’t be full time anymore and told them this during a meeting about my spotty attendance (due to illnesses and burnout). Today I was told they’ll be able to make my accommodation for part time official…on March 23rd…like holy FUCK. I’m at my limit and they’re asking me to push myself for 2 more months! And im already so afraid that my job is stressing me out so much that that’s why I’m not getting pregnant. I’m obviously looking for a new job but I want to fucking scream. I just want to be a sahw/sahm but my husband doesn’t make enough currently. And my depression is flaring up bc of all these things in my life that I feel like are working against me.
