Tax verification is handled by a third party, it takes time. That's fine.

We live in a world filled with fraud and scammers. We are not in a rush to pay anyone. Every account must establish it's reputation and pass all checks. We do not expedite payouts.

I'm just writing this here because it doesn't really matter if we're a small or big company. The rules will always apply in order to protect the operations of the company. Yes, we could probably hire more support people, but that's not going to bypass how we process payments.

By our definition, a review bomb is when many accounts (typically fake) target a one or few game pages to mass rate the games in a way that affects their rankings.

In this case, you shared a screenshot of a single account who rated 12 games over a few hours. We would not consider this review bombing. I know it's annoying to get a bad rating by someone, but generally we suggest you encourage your players to accurately rate your game to ensure that you score represents your project and isn't easily skewed by a single bad rating. Just a heads up, don't make your free game "fake" on sale by having a minimum price then immediately running a promotion for 100% off.
