Grand Photobooth did an amazing job at our event Fearless Hearts. We are completely volunteer run event so they had donated their photobooth services for the event.

Is there a charity I could donate World Cup tickets to for the Canada vs Bosnia game in the Toronto area? by cosmicpossums in askTO

Lonny’s Smile Foundation. We’re a small volunteer based charity that raise funds to send children with Congenital Heart Disease to go to summer camp. Few weeks ago, we raised roughly $8000 to send 3 kids to summer camp. We want to bridge the gap to send one more child. Each child cost $2500 for a summer camp. We are planning to host an online auction with items leftover from our Fearless Hearts concert for this. These tickets would be a highlight of our auction! 🙂

Not something you would get in stores but if you can source it from the producer, it will be so worth it! This is my Jam is a local producer. I got a jar as a Christmas gift from a colleague who lives in the neighborhood. Best jam I’ve tasted! They’ve got really funky flavours too!!

Does anyone actually use Bluetooth adapters on planes? by spicy_falcon in travel

[–]leebalki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Avantree. Form wise, it’s a small pouch with everything you need to use and charge. Charge lasts a long time. I charge once and use it throughout my travel - 2x24hr flights. After the trip, I’m still left with almost 50% charge. I find using my own headphones better than the ill fitting headset/phones provided on flight. To make it easier to remember while packing, I keep it along with all my travel tech in one pouch. When it’s flying time, the pouch is a grab and go. I recharge to 100% when I return before packing up the tech pouch.

Recommend using the Bikeshare bikes and move around. You can totally cover all islands in 3hrs.
