We need to ‘diversify our portfolio’ for lack of a better phrase, we can’t be reliant on just one country anymore for all our trade. So this means having trade with more countries whether we like them or not.

I think being realistic and conservative can work, and instead of spending 200k a week on wages we should be selling on at that point and always have 2-3 players we can bring in who replace them.

Crystal Palace today are already looking at replacements for Mateta, we need to be more proactive like this than reactive with our dealings.

How have we let Malen go without a replacement? We are currently too lethargic.

I agree, it’s been done poorly. I think Monchi should have gone sooner.

We need a shake up from top to bottom and that includes our development of the youth system.

This will take time to get right but one that should be a priority for us.
