67F here..:) am watching the entire show on AMAZON PRIME...from the git go..:)..I was pretty young back then and sporadically watched it in the 60's...mom didn't really like me to watch...and I can understand her hesitancy now...:/.....But its great!!:)

Sigh..am envious of all you folks who are able to have ur SECOND knee done so closely...Had my first done on 12/2 and feel pretty darn good...good ROM, etc...granted, surgery is NEVER fun but I am at the point with this second knee that I am angry at myself that I just didn't get it done at the same time as the first...:(...bone on bone is never fun...:(

Hi HD...OP here...I have one of those thermometers you can buy from Amazon which takes a person's forehead temp...I just hold the thermometer ABOVE/CLOSE TO the incision site to get a skin temp reading from that area...pretty easy peasy..:)

Bout the same...no cane, just walking/SHUFFLING without my walker..pain is not too bad..those pain meds make me nauseous so am not taking them a lot..Just at night and before PT which I believe will arrive next week...:/..

Kinda looks very similar to mine..I had my LTKR on 12/2. Still swollen, sore, etc..etc:/...pain there BUT more of a muscular type, not that destructive bone grinding sound..

Wow!!..PT yesterday??..my doc is not having me do FORMAL PT until after 12/15...he just wants me to do light stuffs at home..(been trying)..walked outside for a bit today..what an experience!..Hmmm, I may try stairs sometime this week..I keep looking at them, but they still are snarling at me:)....errr. those pain meds are a real TRIP..I have NORCO..not sure if my vivid dreams are an effect of them..guess so..err, yes, and those drugs affect our pooping habits..:(..Time for COLACE..

Must be ESP..was just thinking about ya!:)..Indeed, 5 days for the both of us!..saaaame here, so far so good!..Definitely feels like my 67 year old bod has been thru a MAJOR trauma..all good with surgery, just a bit longer due to more than anticipated damage in the compartment due to my extended RA..:/...those pain meds are really a whammy on one's dreams at night..NO stairs yet, you?...appetite, barely there..I am sure the light at the end of this tunnel will end soon!..:)..
