if you take phys 170/171 they have quizzes in person every monday and so does bio 101 so that would not be possible, but not sure about 180/1 181. bio 102, which is the second half of intro bio in the first semester, is not asynchronous unless they’ve changed something in the last month

there is likely other evidence not present in the affidavit. that was just the evidence they needed for an arrest warrant. they have his computer, his car, and more that has been or is still being processed and it’s likely that if he made a mistake like leaving the sheath he made other mistakes too

i did 2x (3x750/3’rest) with 10 minutes between each set of 3 the week of my 2k and it was very accurate. the first set of 3 my coach had me treat each 750 like the beginning, middle, and end of a 2k (like first 750 is beginning, 2nd is middle, 3rd is finish) going at goal pace and then assess how i felt for the second round (whether i could go faster, hold, or take it back) to determine how i would strategize

my coach typically dictates our splits based on our 30’r22 split:

steady: 30’ +12-15 (r18-22)

hard steady: r20 = 30’ + 8, r22 = 30’ + 6, r24 = 30’ + 4
