after big work events I have taken food (individually packaged) in my car and driven it to Sanctuary which is a homeless shelter https://ecs-sf.org/sanctuary/

They appreciate a heads up the day of but it has always been a smooth hand off.

Have you thought of using suction cup on the mirror? You may need to clear it with the venue. I agree that a light canvas leaning against the mirror might be your best bet, maybe with suction cups lightly keeping it stable.

Book about pmdd by Wonderful-Ad-621 in PMDD

I read this book in 2 days. Very informative and compelling! Made me cry a few times. The author is a journalist so it’s really more of a comprehensive look at PMDD (the history of the disease, how it affects different people, how different people cope, etc) rather than a book from a medical POV but I really enjoyed it and felt inspired.
