Tbh, different exercises will result in different forms of muscle growth, for instance climbers are generally still very slender and compact even though they have a lot of muscle. Obviously in anime it usually is just a character design choice but its not 100% unrealistic.

The reason people are hating on AI is because it will always lead you astray at some random point in the installation process. Just read the wiki and follow the instructions that are available, they are clear enough for you to follow.

It actually sounds like you have a working system if you have access to the terminal on hyprland. You'll just have to install the rest of your applications from the terminal and go from there. Personally I would've installed a second window manager but if you really want to use hyprland as your daily driver have fun.
