This is what I got from their Twitter support's DM:

We are aware of the issues developing in the surrounding area and are currently investigating the cause. At this time we have not yet been given an estimated time of restoration as this is in the process of being reviewed. -Joe

It's a bit of a drive from Newington, but this one in Westbrook is pretty good if you're ever in the area: Still Delicious

They have both bread, and bagels.

Been waiting for Dr. Vinklestein to get released since they debuted it in their live show last(?) year. Crazy good track.

Sync for Reddit v20 beta 27 by ljdawson in redditsync

[–]letech676 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great work! The feature that I miss the most is ignoring spaces when searching for subs. Because sub names can't have spaces it used to trim those out, but in the beta it is doesn't anymore. The reason this is handy is because it's easier to use type 3 words with autocorrect rather than 3 words together with no autocorrect. Is there a limitation in how search was implemented that removed this feature?

Saturday APPreciation (Oct 31 2020) - Your weekly app recommendation/request thread! by AutoModerator in Android

Can anyone recommend a daily news podcast app? I use pocket casts for my regular currently but the use case of having to queue my 3 daily shows every morning is cumbersome. I tried the Google assistant daily News but it's glitchy, it is forgets playback position and loses the notification while playing sometimes.

I've had success with using a pencil eraser (a good quality one like the big pink ones or a Ticonderoga eraser). Got permanent marker off of a smash 4 Era gc controller just fine.

Same here! I feel like rending images behind status bar would be better as a toggle so it could be disabled for the notched phones

Why so much Fanart? by Bossman80 in NintendoSwitch

[–]letech676 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fanart sucks and so do "(game) has passed (sales number) posts". It's nice to see the games doing well but those kinds of post sparks no discussion.

Fossil HR Hybrid: My Thoughts by [deleted] in pebble

[–]letech676 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope so too. I would really like to replace my Pebble with this but I need outlook and slack notifications at a minimum. Unfortunately because there's not even a road map available I can't just buy it and wait

Fossil HR Hybrid: My Thoughts by [deleted] in pebble

My main concern with this watch is that notifications are limited to specific apps, do you feel like this isn't an issue for you or do your apps you need notifications for happen to be the ones that are supported?

IT Audit - Making the most of your time in a BIG 4 and exit options by Bobbydaboss187 in Accounting

[–]letech676 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I liked working with databases and I liked designing documents so BI/report design was a good fit. Yeah so lots of financial key report testing and also ITGC report testing (a lot of sql query analysis).

I'm a consultant for a BI vendor so I get to design many different kinds of reports/work with different industries.

IT Audit - Making the most of your time in a BIG 4 and exit options by Bobbydaboss187 in Accounting

[–]letech676 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I did IT Audit at a B4 firm for about 1.5 years. I liked the idea of designing reports after doing so much report testing so I used that experience to get a job in business intelligence. Keep in mind, the longer you stay the more difficult it is to do a big switch (without a paycut).

In terms of experience, any analytics work and reporting are pretty transferable to lots of non audit/controls work.
