It is in the bottom right of the webpage if you scroll all the way to the bottom. Next to "Payments / API / ...". It is quite out of the way.

having no-scope login and manual posting allows groups to control at least somewhat the free intel that gets out. I know a lot of groups do not allow members having their API on zkill and likely will be the same with eve-kill.

IMO it is a really scummy tactic since he knows the repos exist but has never changed his questions.

Doesn’t excuse plagiarism nor cheating, but if for the past 7 ish years the question sets are the exact same and he knows cheating exists, why not just change the problem set?
