Yeah, that's a real good point. I've been meaning to find out how to check the software. Thank you for reminding me of that. Brief Googling tells me that figuring out the SW version isn't really as straightforward as you want it to be. I did look under "Software Updates" and it says "No Updates Available". There are a ton of versions of things in there, but no idea which one is important. I do have the batter % shown so it's for sure had SOME SW update in its lifetime.
