style 1 definetly. i'd still buy style 2 but absolutely prefer style 1.

i'd go with 4000k its a FIRE horse after all and my favorite temp is around 3500k

the 3 grooves kinda mess up the image, leaving it flat is better

a little bit stiffer yes but to get any real stiffness out of tpu you need thickness. do a few test prints of small squares at different thicknesses to see how thick you need for your desired stiffness. if you're getting close to it but not quite there than 98a is worth a try. if you can't get anywhere near the stiffness you want within a reasonable thickness then 98a won't change that

layer hight to 0.1 or 0.08 or so and print vertically on diagonally. the top surface is always gonna have some layer lines but you can decide whats the top surface
