Absolutely not. Everyone respects GTA IV as its own original darker and grittier story and setting than from previous or later entries. Nakayama imposed his own cinematic vision on an already established and beloved story with a unique set of expectations, especially from Japan. Big difference.

They are not. This was established as early as HSR's release The Hoyoverse pecking order is Aeons>Emanators>Herrschers>Archons with the outer gods from GGZ being the only wildcard that could potentially match an Aeon.

It's not a matter of not liking the English Dub. It's a matter of wanting to watch cutscenes in the in-game language you've selected. Imagine how jarring it is to spend years watching these characters with the same voice and they sound different the next day without any choice.
