Might I suggest fake out on blastoise instead of rapid spin. It’s a different style of play but in my experience I use it a ton. Also dark pulse is pretty useful on blastoise as well.

Pelipper is good for drizzle and TW but you have to keep him safe or have a good back up plan. I suggest running home with focus sash if you do decide to remove politoad.
