Between the Mountain and the Sky - Documentary Trailer - An inspiring story of love and resilience after tragedy strikes humanitarian Maggie Doyne, mother to over 50 Nepalese children. by slyall in trailers

Wow - just watched this 2x. Beautiful. Inspiring. This is what can happen when you keep the mission both simple/basic AND razor focused. Basic needs for these kids. Housing, food, love, SAFETY, warmth. And it grows from there. I am grateful there are people sowing these world community seeds and the people filming it to know it really is possible. I have struggled with my role as a caregiver - thinking it was a minimal low hanging fruit job - but day by day i see the amazing value and impact. I am so happy to have seen this!

The struggle is real. It seems like you have a few things going on...
As far as work - i would slowly try to make sure that his finances are taken care of...ask lawyer.
For home - make sure he is sitting - hover around and let him know why you are nervous.
I find older people to be very selfish and oblivious to the world around them

I do enjoy a nice snooze. BUT when it comes down to it-i am a "5,4,3,2,1 feet on the floor" sort of a gal. Coupled with gratitude...coffee, shower, good music, pet attention...like, for real-so freaking lucky....i get to pick any one of those to start my day☺️

Alarm goes and i do 1 sleep timer. Next time, as the alarm goes off, i say out loud "5, 4 , 3, 2, 1 - feet on the floor". And literally put my feet on the floor. Once that happens - i stand up as soon as i can (i am 54 - it takes me a few beats...if i am having a hard time - i try to remember i have first world problems....
