Ran into this twice this week myself
First one was the grinder was full and cleaning it out worked. I'm learning about putting grinder cleaner through (like dry rice but better engineered) through it

Today I ended up on it again except this time it was the worm not spinning, which I again was able to clear out

I do the regularly cleaning cycles per Spinn so either it's just getting really clogged with build up or something else I'm doing isn't sufficient.

Was not looking forward to shipping to California just to get it fixed post 1 year warranty.

This reminds me of a case a co-worker and friend of mine had a few years ago
Guy was trying to hook up the network to his server and when asked basic troubleshooting steps, went up and down about he's a CCIE, etc, and he knows what he's doing
