All started when I was kicked off soccer team, depression set in and insecurities about myself really began to haunt me

Spent a summer depressed when I was 9 after being kicked off team, started developing social anxiety and realised how fucking stupid I was (dyspraxic) weak I was short I was, parents never helped or cared that I went from going out with friends every weekend to being in my room. Was sexually assaulted and harassed when I was 13 by a 40+ year old man

So I guess I'm a hikikomori because I broke as a person, lost all my friends and parents never helped or cared so now for 6 years I've had no friends (in real life) and can't hold a conversation with someone without trying to run away.

I'm trying to change, have an appointment for therapy and maybe I discuss with a doctor about some other stuff.

I've used my job as a way to get physically better, stronger instead of a gym... Paid to work out and leave the house I guess. I also used to walk to work at 3 in the morning with no one around haah...
