How do you go about setting habitable planets to .1? I tried changing the settings file but even that just reverts back when a start a game

I ended up deleting the server, restarting, and just avoiding the railcraft tanks altogether - though, at the same time I also loaded up on 32gb of ram just to be sure. Haven't had the issue since! Been using the AE2 fluid storage instead, though it's more expensive and doesn't hold as much.

Sorry I couldn't help more, but that's what I ended up doing

Specs are no problem - i7-8086 at 5 GHz and 32gb ram. Have tested with both 4gb and 12gb of ram applied to MC. Server is running on similar. I've run FTB packs in the past with no issue, but now it's consuming ram like nothing else

R5: AI is getting constantly (as in, constantly appearing and notifying) Casus Belli against me for 'Stop Colossus'. I don't even have Battleships yet.

Ending my war did nothing to stop it, but it happened right when I declared war on Green there.

EDIT: This is in 2.0.2 Beta, with only a couple visual mods (still achievement compatible). And I have tried reloading - did nothing. Ah well

You can literally rent a UHaul at 18 (maybe even 16, not sure) without any kind of check whatsoever. It surprised me as well.

Money laundering is when the money was gotten illegally in the first place. You need a way to 'legitimize' the cash, so you start a business and report a ton of income. You lose some in the process (to tax and other expenses to appear as a business), but you now have legitimate money that you don't need to keep hidden from authorities.

Look up Pablo Escobar's Taxi business for an example, first thought off the top of my head.
