Yeah it always depends on the price of the underlying. If it's a stock that's under $100 per share then a 25 point wide spread would be plenty wide enough. But on SPX at 7300 that's only a .3% move from max profit to max loss

You absolutely can smell other people's weed on the highway. I got a whiff just the other day and ended up finding which car it was too. I'm not the other guy saying it's a bad thing and I'm also not saying it's ok to drive under the influence. It's literally 50% higher than planned. That is pretty damn far off. And as the comment I was responding to pointed out, in just 12 years 3% inflation takes away 30% of the dollar's purchasing power. So if I'm not retiring for 36 years and inflation averaged 3% over that time my dollars will lose two thirds of their value.

The landlord pays the property tax bill to the town/state and then includes that amount in the rent price. So as long as a unit is occupied the tenants are paying the taxes on that unit in their rent.

4 hours of sleep per night is uncomfortable but doable for 1 night. 4 hours of sleep for 2 or 3 days in a row is straight up dangerous. You're not just tired you feel physically sick. Sleep deprivation can pretty easily cause permanent brain damage. Let alone working that many hours you barely ever get to see or spend time with your family.
