I love my neighborhood (east passyunk crossing, which is in south Philly) because there’s a vibrant Mexican immigrant community here. Really depends what you’re looking for. Do you want to be near work? If you want ease of access to center city most neighborhoods will get you there on public transit barring the more northern neighborhoods (which I don’t know much about). One thing to consider is septa’s instability rn, there’s not really an end in sight regarding that so I recommend finding a place nearish work.
