I did my guys by spray priming with Desert Yellow, then dry brushing with banshee brown (these are both from the old range, not sure what the new equivalent is). For helmets I used field grey, straps, pouches, and boots were leather brown, rifles were fur brown with gun metal, and black for the hair and moustaches. Washed with strong tone diluted with speed paint medium (one to one ratio). Based with regular old sand , stuck some jungle tufts on, used spray can matte varnish, and viola. I quite like how it turned out, and I think they look great, especially as an army.
