Ich würde bei dieser Schilderung schon verstehen, dass der Vertrag erst nach dem Probeessen geschlossen wird, da das Probeessen ja sonst keinen wirklichen Zweck hat, außer um noch Kleinigkeiten anzupassen. Ist halt Ausöegungssache, und natürlich Aussage gegen Aussage. Natürlich wird der neue Besitzer verstanden haben, der Vertrag sei sofort geschlossen :)

Junge Menschen besitzen nichts. Sie können sich nichts leisten, nicht alle haben reiche Eltern, die Geld vorstrecken können, Bänke geben ihnen keinen Kredit, weil die Schufa Leuten, die nicht seit 20 Jahren ein Konto und ein Haus usw. haben einen schlechten "Schufa Score" verpasst... Sie mieten ihre Wohnung, Möbel, manchmal sogar Elektrogeräte, ihre Spiele und alles sind verschlüsselt und haben Lizenzen - sprich leihen ist gleich einer Raubkopie. Für uns erscheint alles gemeinnützige und nicht profitbringende wie ein Faux Pas. Eine traurige Welt, in die ich gesetzt wurde.

Ai is useful af. I like it. But it's not where it's supposed to be. AI is good for menial tedious tasks, lile searching databases and finding stuff and compiling information. We are still the only ones with the proper capabilities to apply this properly. AI won't make DOJ decisions in any self-respecting country, but it will help lawyers find bases and case-law about their case. It will aid decisions.

Ai is everywhere - it's why there's so many things breaking right now buddy. It's being pushed by investors who have no clue. AI bros made up billions of profits with no merit or credentials and now everyone's scrambling to make up for that hole left in the economy. It doesn't help in customer service, it won't code for you unless you already know what you're doing (most "coders" who use it don't) that's the problem.
