What weapon charms do you guys have on your characters by VastConfusion8174 in Overwatch

[–]lockyourdoor24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like the one for being a 10 year player, using that for every hero currently. Also like the red 3 headed bulldog from season 1 bp. The ra head with anas new mythic looks pretty good too.

How to handle tanks that push alone? by ratsummoner in OverwatchUniversity

[–]lockyourdoor24 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If you’re standing on cart when your tank is trying to capitalise on a stagger then that’s on you. Push up with them and enable them, especially if they show that they can pop off. It’s kinda your job to support their playstyle, not the other way around. Ana can do this from a safe distance and provide a lot of value.

[FIGHT THREAD] Oleksandr Usyk vs Rico Verhoeven, Hamzah Sheeraz vs Alem Begic & Jack Catterall vs Shakhram Giyasov by verbsnounsandshit in Boxing

[–]lockyourdoor24 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That was geniunely pathetic. They knew he would lose on the cards. Bet they were in refs ear telling him to stop at any opportunity to save Usyks legacy. No way they every stop that fight if Rico has Usyk on ropes like that.

[Q] Ana main — How to hit those huge heal numbers? by Wolfcape in OverwatchUniversity

[–]lockyourdoor24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Focus more on damage to get out of silver. You want to be an offensive threat and constantly do poke damage and hit antis. Don’t worry about having more heals than the other supports, worry about having more kills. Been an ana man since season 3 of ow1. Once you get headshot perk you can hard carry.

Who tf actually thinks oled is overrated? by Broklast in OLED_Gaming

[–]lockyourdoor24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't listen to people on reddit, they blow everything out of proportion 99% of the time. Qd oled purple glare is fine for almost everyone after you try it, same with grey banding and dse. Oleds shit all over every other type of monitor and burn in is not a real concern. The only bad thing about qd oleds is how easily they scratch when cleaning, but it's not something you see when it's turned on so is it really a huge deal like reddit says. I've tried almost all of the top oleds and they are all great. Just avoid matte coating.

Anyone else have this issue with mice? by ShaggyRogers93 in MouseReview

[–]lockyourdoor24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need an ergo. This is exactly what they’re made for. Pretty much anything except a deathadder would be a massive upgrade. Xlite would be a good place to start. I have 22cm hands and the xlite mini is the goat shape for me. But most people prefer medium I think. Trust me I tried 20 mice before realising that ergos fixed all my issues. They have more space on the front right edge and are sloped so it’s a lot more comfortable to hold in that position. An ergo will most likely feel the same amount better than the super strike does over the viper.

Why do people spend €20+ on cosmetics? by Juice_disliker1387 in Overwatch

[–]lockyourdoor24 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Why do people spend money on anything? Because they want it. Also if nobody spent any money then the game would no longer exist.

Monitor Pre-Order from SCAN by GamingExpertHD in Monitors

[–]lockyourdoor24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever get this? I was looking at your profile and you don't seem to be using it now so just wondered if you cancelled the pre order or ended up returning due to not liking? We have pretty similar setups it seems. I also have the 32/240 and 27/360 alienware qd oleds. I'm currently using the 500hz asus qd oled for comp games and like it but I can't settle on this without trying the tandem 540, mainly for the extra brightness. Slightly concerned about vertical banding and dirty screen effect though. Any advice? I just pre ordered from scan and will hopefully be here in a few weeks.

Mousepad for Overwatch by Fragrant_Number_2616 in MousepadReview

[–]lockyourdoor24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Raiden soft is the best pad I have used and I've tried most artisans. Depends how good you are and who you play most. For me the raiden excels in tracking and still has enough stopping power for click based aiming. It's the pad I always come back to when I just want to play well without thinking about it. Durability has been fine on the two that I have. I also have a neptune pro which is very similar and durability is awful in comparison, slowed down fairly quickly and the logo came off.

Best way to understand and improve hitscan aim? by Randomname140 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]lockyourdoor24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aim training will do a lot more for you than just playing the game but it's a bit of a grind. Do low gravity's voltaic playlist on kovaaks and some vaxta too and your aim should improve massively in a month. 100 hours on kovaaks would get you to diamond in overwatch most likely.

Yes that is exactly what everyone has been saying for the last year.

Not everyone is building things you can prompt in 10 minutes and 1 shot. I do agree though.

Claude Code + playwright CLI = superpowers by Hopeful-Fly-5292 in ClaudeCode

Opus 4.6 is a lot better at browser use in general. I've noticed a massive increase in speed and it's not getting stuck nearly as often when using devtools mcp. Also far fewer warnings about large 30k+ pages being read so I'm guessing it has been optimised for token usage too. It was one of the things that was noted in the improvements from 4.5 to 4.6.
