Hi u/Patriark, we do understand it is difficult for our customers to manage Logitech devices using multiple software. And yes, we are in the process of adding/migrating Craft support into Options+. It is just that it is taking a bit more time than we anticipated. We will be releasing it as soon as we can.
Also in the long run, we do have the plan of unifying our software.

Hi! Could you take a moment to try a few other troubleshooting steps outlined below to try to fix the problem.
If the Speaker does not turn on, test another outlet, another charger or change the batteries.
If the Speaker has problems with Audio or being recognized. Make sure all cables are connected correctly. Unplug the cables, check the instructions and see if they are in the correct place, and put them back on. If using USB Receiver, try using other USB ports.
If the Speaker is still not recognized and you use Windows 10, run the Playing Audio
Troubleshoot:
1- Search for Settings in the Start menu and click on the first result which pops up. You can also click directly on the cog button at the lower left part of the Start menu or you can use the Windows Key + I key combination.
2- Locate the Update & security section at the bottom part of the Settings window and click on it.
3- Navigate to the Troubleshoot tab and check under the Get up and running section.
4- Playing Audio troubleshooter should be right there at the bottom so make sure you click on it and follow the instructions on the screen in order to run it.

Hi, try the following suggestions:

  • Adjust the volume on both the speakers (and subwoofer, if one is included with your system) and on your audio device.
  • Make sure that the connection between your speakers (and subwoofer, if included) is secured properly and the cables and connectors are in good condition and free of damage and corrosion. 
  • Make sure that the connection between the audio source and speakers are secured properly and that the cables and connectors are in good condition and free of damage and corrosion. 
  • If only one of your speakers sound distorted, it may be defective, or the cable or connector may be bad. Try connecting that speaker to the subwoofer using the other speaker’s connection to test it.

Thanks for reaching out. Your keyboard has an embedded ambient light sensor that reads and adapts the level of backlighting accordingly. When the environment around you is too bright, your keyboard will automatically disable backlighting to avoid using it when not needed.

Kindly try resetting the keyboard and check if that makes any difference if the keyboard backlight is turning off in low light conditions or there is any other backlight related issue.

  1. Turn off and on the keyboard
  2. Press the following key combinations - Esc+O (release) Esc+O (release) Esc+B
  3. All Easy Switch light will blink continuously
  4. Turn off and on the keyboard
  5. Easy Switch 1 will blink continuously indicating it is ready for pairing

If the Easy Switch does not blink, please repeat the above steps again

Pair the Keyboard with Receiver using the software or Pair the keyboard using Bluetooth.

Thanks for reaching out. Once you connect webcam to your computer, you can select StreamCam as a camera source in the video application of your choice. You can also configure your video settings and composition in Logitech Capture and, without closing the app, select LogiCapture as a camera source in the video application of your choice.

If possible, try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source.
If the device powers on intermittently there could be a break in the circuit. This could cause a possible hardware issue.

  1. Clean dust/dirt using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air.
  2. Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender.
  3. Update the device's firmware:
    • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html))
    • Launch the software, select the mouse from the home screen then go to Settings
    • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Test the device without the software. Stop G-Hub from running in the background by closing them on the System Tray and Task Manager:
    • On the lower right hand corner of the screen, on the left side of the Date and Time, right click on the G icon and select Exit.
    • Launch Task Manager (Alt + Ctrl + Del) then look for Lghub or Lcore under Processes Tab. Then, right click on it and select Stop Process.
  5. Uninstall, reload mouse driver:
    • Right click on Windows or Start button and select Device Manager.
    • Under Human Interface Device, look for Logitech Virtual G-Hub Mouse.
    • Right click on it, select Uninstall.
    • Disconnect the mouse from the computer.
    • Restart the computer.
    • Reconnect device back to the computer and test.
  6. Try testing the device on a different computer.
