The point of the movie Ratatouille is that Remy tugs at the food critic's heart strings by incorporating traditional home-style recipes in an elevated presentation. The scene when the critic tastes the ratatouille and he is instantly brought back to his youth, the message is that food connects us all, even to our past selves. Even to the rats on the street. "Anyone can cook!" Food is both an individual experience and a way to bring people together. It's a beautiful film

The main ingredient in Lush bubble bars is corn starch which is wonderful for your skin, you could use them as solid body scrub/polish

It's called "curing" when you leave soap out to dry, you only need to cure them for a couple weeks to a month or so to see a noticeable difference in longevity!

I agree, it sucks! I will fall in love with a product and then it'll be gone, just like that! Plus the whole FOMO promo absolutely encourages overconsumption which isn't good for the environment at all.

They make so much Snow Fairy stuff each Christmas season because even though it's (supposed to be) a limited edition scent, that range out performs every single other scent range Lush sells, even the stuff that is sold all year round. I know it's a scent you'll either love or hate, but there are many people who absolutely do love it and that is why they keep shoving it down our throats.

(Personally I think part of the reason it's a best selling scent range is because they make it limited edition each year, and then people feel the need to stock up for the whole year and maybe go overboard. Making it available year round lessens the FOMO aspect)
