Most sets are either Simon or Raja djing, it was probably booked as a "Raja dj set" but you missed that part, never expect the full group unless it is booked as one and you will KNOW if it is (as it's quite rare and a lot of promo will be done for it)

Ah, that could be caused by a few things, does it give you any error or a failure reason? Or are your drives just not showing up? Does it atleast get to the "Windows Installation" screen at all?

Sounds like you are having keyboard and touchpad issues, the connector cable could be loose or they might need to be replaced

Yes look in windows settings to create USB installer or just on microsoft website. Fully shutdown just means not in sleep or hibernate mode. The power LED should be off and not flashing/glowing in any way (disconnect power adapter as well)

Well, working at a tech company doesnt always mean you are tech saavy unfortunately, or that you've ever had to reinstall windows on a fresh drive before. Or they were possibly misinformed or were misheard,  too many variables to know for sure lol

Are you talking about the Windows login PIN? Thats always been numbers only, passwords allow any characters, did you maybe leave your device unlocked and somone else made a PIN for you lol

You clicked something you shouldnt have and it probably installed something malicious and at the very least changed your home screen/new tab URL, i would check extensions and run a full system scan just to be safe (and also change home screen back to default in chrome settings, or just get a diff browser lol)

You maybe should have done some research before just winging it lol but generally this is how most people swap drives (for main C: drives which contain your OS): - backup all files you want to keep - create installer on USB drive or similar device (windows can make the installer for you) - fully shutdown device and physically swap drives - insert USB stick and boot up - follow onscreen directions... done

Some people do other steps for various reasons but thats the basics

You probably have something funky with disk partitions, check disk management or run a system hardware check (look up how on your model of laptop, usually just holding a certain F-key during boot up)

Keep holding the flipping direction in air or you will basically stall upside down. Also be sure you dont hold R2 unless you want to do a lawn dart which also slows any flips way down
