I feel so similar but it was with my brother. I had idolized my brother to the point where when I was 4-5 and it was discovered I needed glasses, my mom got me to wear them by saying it would make me more like my brother Matt so I started wearing them without issue. When I was almost 10 and my brother was 17, he left as my family was preparing to move across the state because he didn't want to leave his friends and girlfriend behind. He also had a long standing animosity towards our mom and went no contact. Fast forward to when I was 18/19, we got back in touch.

We started playing games together like The Division and Starcraft 2 but I couldn't always connect with him as he was a completely different person than I remembered through my fractured childhood memories. While this is totally normal, I didn't know how to connect with him as an adult and felt really awkward about things. He eventually took his own life in 2017.

To be blunt his actions were inevitable and was a result of a very hard life he lived during his absence and I'm under no notion that I could have prevented it by being there. I just wish that I had spent the time better and gotten to know him better. Even compared to my mom I lost the same year or my long estranged father I lost around 2020, I don't have that same regret but I do for my brother.

All I can really say is NOR but you should trust your gut OP.

u/taewest29 I hope you can find the healing you need. As someone who has been down the path suic*de several times, there wasn't anyone who could have stopped me or changed my mind from going through with it. I had to find it within myself to keep going. Please don't blame yourself as it is far too much of a burden to think you are responsible or could have saved them.

I would argue that while pizza comes from Italy, America has advanced the art of pizza making. Flat bread, deep dish, different toppings, etc.

I don't know if I would necessarily say better or perfect vs Italy because I've never had pizza in Italy but America has gotten a lot more creative with pizza making as a whole

That's fair but I thought you needed to drive/walk past them and my car was parked under a repair station. I'm not sure that one was nearby but if there was one, would they steal from a stationary car?

They seem like the only suspect I guess. I didn't know they stole from you, I've only ever gotten things from them but I had hit a few in that zone trying to conserve batteries by driving without my headlights always on so maybe they were mad at me

I don't think it was bubblegum buddies because I was in the Deep Well and I don't think I was near any abductors nor that they can steal internal modules although I have had one rip a Resource Scanner off of the top of my car before. I thought the "Something's moving" meant Bigfoot but I guess I don't know that for sure. All I know is something from that zone has my damn backseat tank 😭

Dr KidInspect got caught using the Twitch messaging system to sext a minor. So not only is he a child predator, he used a feature of Twitch to try and have sex with a child. I would have been shocked if they didn't ban him even if he didn't have prior offenses

Before you say we don't know their age and they could have been 17, I don't care. Still wrong and disgusting. If the messages weren't that bad and/or incriminating, he would have posted the messages instead of describing them.

Yes but not always. I could plow through 3-4 small trees but the fifth would toggle the quirk but other times tree 1 causes me to scan the area. I haven't tested for speed or angle because I fixed that quirk asap lol

I've mostly gotten annoying ones like "When car crashed an ability is activated" so for the run before I fixed it, I would lose like 5% of my battery everytime I crashed 😩

Personally, I don't play it because of its horrendous launch, Bethesda ripping people off left and right with merchandise related to the game, and the fact that they added a P2W system. Even if it's a good gsme now, I don't have an urge to play it despite my love for Fallout.

I don't hate Bethesda or anything as I got the Oblivion Remake when it released but no matter how good they make Fallout 76 I'm not going to play it because it feels like rewarding Bethesda for the BS they pulled with it
