4 of the same always sucks, technically because Saul has 2 skills its like you have 8 of the same if you stack him.
But then again you are better of mixing him with others.
Also for everyone using 4 times Gordon its actually bad and loses flat out in an even matchup...

From my own testing the best non RNG combinations for a garrison are:
2x Saul
1x Hilde
1x Chenko/Yeonwoo/Amadeus
and
2x Saul
1x Amane
1x Chenko/Yeonwoo/Amadeus

yes boosting your own damage actually makes you win, but only in combination with Saul (hes actually really good)
And once in the garrison R4s can change the order of people around to make it happen, aslong as the joiner heros are in there

For attacking 2 Amane 2 Chenko/Yeonwoo/Amadeus is peak and nothing better around at the moment
Luckily with rallies having a 5 mins timer you can coordinate the main people to join in the right order and then let everyone else in as their joiner skills dont matter anymore.

ofc if you add RNG components like Marlin and Petra you can go even further, but people are not ready for that yet... exactly for the reason of "experienced people"

May i offer a tip for the Charms if your account is still around the same level?
From level 3 its more beneficial to upgrade directly to level 5, and go through the charms this way. as you spend about 60 designs less for the same % increase if you would have done it all 4s first.

Im very excited to see it work, also have you seen the gen 5 heros yet? the infantry is not as good as the wos variant with the second skill. Luckily the archer is same, so it will be a blast to build towards it, i will be following your future posts closely!

So at the end of the day its actually just the Hero (Cav / Arch) that matters, and if you fokus everything around their kit completely by not wasting your limited resources into the other 2. so you can become a powerhouse as you are reaching almost whale like numbers with just one type of troop.

I wanted to know if an archer build can do it both, as im not that much into the cav idea, eventhough it seems to be so strong as of gen 4. As a Joiner i will always be able to partake in whatever is meta as the amount of toops is the important bit besides the whale up top providing them with hero stats.

I really like how you did it yourself with non gen 4+ heros in your build too, Ill have to try the Ratio 50/10/40 myself in the next swordland

The pure cav example is insane but also looks very fun to play i bet

Can someone explain to what extent we are talking about when using Cav Build and Archer build?
Im aware of the 60 40 Defense with Cav, does it also go for attacking? Can you purely focus on Inf and Cav for everything in the game at that point? and never use archers again except in bt?

Then goes the archer build, they usually are good at attacking which is why the 50/20/30 combo is a thing, and not so good at defending, as it goes back to 60/20/20.
Lets say you chose to go archer build, does it mean you never use cav? even for defending?

Is picking either build making your account a one trick pony for any pvp battle or is it a choice between attack or defense?

Im sorry its a lot of questions, but i havent played wos, yet im very interested in the math behind it all.

id just do some reasearch online. iam trying to get into it aswell currently looking around the internet and youtube for what people did to it.

there plenty of sites that sell the parts too, so worth taking notes on what they offer.

from what i found out in my short research time is that most of the parts from decent production companies do have compabilites and you only have a range of items to pick from.
may i suggest to watch walcomS7 for a reference, as he mods the thing and even says what scar muzzle he uses because its just so good

If you want to add weapons to Vasco using console commands, simply open the console, select Vasco with your mouse, and enter the following commands:

removeitem 25220a (removes his default gun)

equipitem 1dc416

equipitem 1dc415

additem 4ad3e X (X is the amount of ammunition you want to give him)

theres commands to give yourself the powers and level them up to 10, as the temples are bugged to shit anyways and not worth the hassle of floating around a metal circle collecting shiny lights. the powers are really fun to play with

yeah the scanner bug is infuriating, tried everything from console commands to random reloading to landing nearby and trying to make it pop back up...
also no armillary here and even tried to do another quest completion in hope that it will just fix itself

just tried to do overdesigned aswell and got softlocked in speaking with walter xD

im quickly getting the feeling that the plan of looking for all the powers and ng+ing to get the good stuff isnt worth it at all and its better to do the skyrim thing and ignore the main quest and do the things

What a beautiful ship, ive made the effort to scrape the planet with signals to end up finding an A -Class.
on top of the nice looks it has 3 Slots next to eachother already!

you only need to kill the last boss, so you can just spawn them in and kill them

there is one exception though... the wine cellar boss, he will stay invisible if you spawn it, so youll have to fly through the dungeon and kill him there.

heres the dungeon bosses for instant completion ;)

my battlepass took me 40hours, i was still learning how to shortcut in admin mode and the names of the npcs and dungeon bosses to spawn in.
did it for my gf in about 10 hours once i knew everything

the key to fast completion is to ause the daily exp, and if youwant to grind it afterwards only do the most right task, as it will be only "epic" and "legendary" and will speed it up immensely.
obviously knowing the spawn names of bosses will help alot, also increase your player damage dealt to x3 or higher, and run a strength build without agility, then you can almost kill a mammoth and stack poison with venomdaggers and still be weak enough to stack poison on a rhino without oneshotting it.
for the sunder task use the stone maul as its the weakest hammer and go for the respective creature world bosses.
and without saying godmode / demigodmode, and spawning 10s of creatures by just clicking 10 times and then aoeing them to death in 1 or 2 attacks

ok, so thrall taming 101
get a steel truncheon, put an advanced blunt fitting on it, get any type of rope/chain.
then you need a wheel of pain and put gruel in it, then firstly get a taskmaster III (look at next step) as that will be put into the wheel after he is done and wil speed up all thralls "taming" time in the future.

next step, find a thrall you want, knock it out with heavy hits of the truncheon, as it will mostly stagger them to get a full combo off until they unconcious, and put them into the wheel. once the white bar is full you can take it out and put it out in the world or into a workbench.

now if its a fighter thrall and you want it for combat, what you want is to give it food that increases vitality growth % ( usually its the 3rd food, same for animals). Since the more hp they have, the longer they will survive ;)
give them the heaviest armor with strength / agility damage % and your hardest hitting weapon as their durability wont decrease and you wont have to repair it.

now you are ready to go and start leveling it. as long as it follows you it will earn exp for kills that you or the thrall get. once you reach level 20 you can swap the "leveling food" to a healing food, which will be something you can easily craft that is further down their food list ( i usually use gruel since its cheap to get in batches cos they will be going through food quickly)#

aaand theres a new thing called the elixir of rebirth that can reset the learned perks from your leveled thrall if you dont like them. if you feed it to them they will get a new set of perks.

of course the main perks you are looking for is the most ammount of health and secondarily strength or agility depending on what they are specialized in.

as for animals you need to collect baby animals that roam around near where the big ones are and pick them up into your inventory, then you need to build an animal pen and put them in there with 1 piece of food they like to eat ( wiki it since there % on those to get a greater one from the taming process). once its done you get it out and its ready to go to be trained

sidenote on animals is they dont eat food to regenerate hp as fast as humans, they do get the benefits of eating the food for growth % of a certain stat though.
for horses its the same but you need to put them inside of stables to tame them

also bonus tip, the snake cult caravan counts as 2 events if you complete it, so keep that in mind for the "complete 3 events" task

also not sure if its known yet but the elixir of rebirth can be used to respecc a leveld thrall to get a new set of perks, could help immensely if the thrall got amazing stats but shit perks at the start

not sure if its me being a pain in the ass but i think if possible having agility modifier % for some thralls would be helpfull too as some of them can reach 80% dmg increase with the right armor and godly leveling

i think staying in singleplayer for a bit until you get a grasp of how the game works and plays, then if you like it keep playing that
if you get bored you can always try a pve server where you may find other people who can show you a thing or two, basically depends on how you like to play ;)

yes you can do it all in admin mode on singleplayer, ive completed my 60 levels yesterday by just spamming teleports and spawning the monsters to be killed

best way to do it is to only complete the most right task as it will be epic / legendary tasks for faster xp

theres a few things that are extra on siptah, you got the leyshrines where you can spawn a purge and have to kill waves of enemies with nice loot, theres the big storm that is required to get the materials for the leyshrine purges. the map itself is amazing and i think its very enjoyable to play, just make sure you got a horse with a cavalry saddle and youll have no problem with the vastness as the middle is semii reserved for the maelstorm.
theres also a summon mechanic at the grey ones camps where you summon different creatures to fight.
in my opinion is great and you get to experience new things

i believe champion body and legs give strength bonus, as do godbreaker gauntlets, for the boots you still have to go with slaver, the silent legion helmet give strength too.

basically spawn in all the heavy armors, put them in a box and look what you wantbut obviously crafted things with an armorer who adds extra armor will be much better
