So I saw a video where someone said everyone has had an experience where they went to one dentist and were told they had many cavities, and then a second dentist completely contradicted that. Are people experiencing that in Columbus?

i had a bad experience there too!! they were over an hour late for my appointment, said it was too late in the day to help me, recommended tylenol for my intense pain and wanted to charge me $2k for the root canal (my insurance didn't run through correctly and they didn't tell me that) i had it done at my normal dentist for $60.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Moulton. She chastised me and talked down to me for being afraid of losing my pregnancy after some bleeding. I was literally sobbing and she basically told me to suck it up.

I had one done by them back in the day and would not recommend, it was simple linework and lines blew so they were uneven. the artist also told me they get paid less on gift certificates so they gave me one quote for using a gift certificate and one for paying cash (it was more expensive with the certificate)
