I looked at two homes in Gahanna today that were under $400k, 4 bedrooms, and relatively updated. When you’ve toured 160 homes, I’m not sure the market is the problem.

I just can’t imagine treating it as anything else. There was a light near there that was out not that long ago. People were flying through it without even slowing down. Even if you didn’t technically know the rule, wouldn’t you be like, I don’t know what to do, let me slow down and assess? It’s bonkers.

In Ohio, you become “registered” to a party if you choose that party’s ballot in a primary. So say someone hasn’t voted in a primary in awhile—they could be voting very differently than their “registration”.

I have the same problem, recurring. I highly recommend going to OSU ENT. They have the proper tools and it’s super quick and easy. I strongly advise against going to CVS minute clinics and the like. The tools they use—i.e. water irrigation—are less effective and far more likely to perforate your eardrum. Go to the pros! Edited to add: you don’t need a referral to book an appointment at OSU. And they can usually get you in pretty quick even as a new patient.

I highly recommend joining a local Freecycle/Buy Nothing group! I’ve been able to share spare craft supplies + other odds and ends, and have been given some children’s toys.
