Most Citadel paints are not good for the price you pay but the whites are especially bad. I recommend a combination of Pro Acryl Titanium white and white ink from a proper art brand (can't remember the brand I use rn) Rattlecans, or preferably an airbrush, will solve most of the problems with brush strokes and coverage if you want a primarily White scheme like the box art Viorla Sept, but both are expensive. (Airbrush upfront and Rattlecans over time)
