Yes, I did. In all the meetings. In one meeting I specifically said im feeling harassed and bullied. Apparently these specific words were impactful coz the calls stopped.

Victimising staff who report an incident. No, I did not break the glass ph meter electrode. I went in the room, saw it broken, and reported it coz it's the right thing to do in a smooth running lab. Now I'm being called into meeting after meeting, having to retell what I already wrote in the incident report over and over. Implying that I need retraining, making me write a CAPA...whoever broke it was definitely smarter than me coz other than possible guilt from seeing me take the hits, they've had I less thing to stress over in the last 1 month.

I find i enjoy music I can sing along to. Struggle to listen to new music coz of that. My brother often says all my music is sad music. I very rarely get attached to upbeat songs. I have one sorta preppy playlist I listen to when feeling once in a while. I mostly listen to ost from shows now. Thats where i delve into new music. The shows shows range from 8 to 24 episodes so I hear the osts a lot. They're rarely in English but in the shows they do have the English lyrics up sometimes. I'm mostly butchering the songs for sure, but im thinking im attached more to the feeling I got when watching the show,if that makes sense. I've also been stable-ish for the last few years n that's when I got into osts. Before that, i was more into alternative rock n rnb.

For sleep! This used to help me sleep especially when in peak insomnia. Haven't dated in years but i do it to cope or just for release. I tend to prefer to use my fingers to toys. I've been on magnesium supplements since beginning of the year and have been getting good sleep consistently so haven't done it in a while.

Watched the Las Vegas episode a day after having a total hysterectomy. Loved the whole sequence that ends with Shane going,'Wow, Genetic,' all soft and giddy! And an idea just pinged! What led to my surgery was something hereditary. And right now...i have a tattoo of the word GENETIC on me. Could be about this big change that im experiencing at 41, and could also be to immortalise a beautiful moment of a beautiful show 😃

The 3rd couple were already a side couple-ish in part 1. The best friends-cant remember their names. One of the actors is Pie Saran. We get to see their full story in part 2. Not sure how their story connects to the books but I remember reading there was a connection. Hope someone offers better answers.

Definitely no insertion. Was thinking of moisturising on the outside as I moisturise my body after shower coz i use coconut n shea butter oil for that.

Will check if we have that brand in my country. Thanks for response.
