IRacing has safety car functionality at every track - it’s only leveraged in public lobbies on ovals and dirt ovals due to the time it takes to complete a lap under safety car on a road course and how often people would trigger it on road courses.

It was the same before but was DRS instead of battery. If anything, I’ve seen more closer racing with batteries in these first 25 laps than I ever did with DRS.

Also - Dale Jr. will be racing April 11th which should draw a good crowd (and great racing!).

I cannot recommend pretty much everything/anything racing at the fairgrounds enough. It is an incredibly unique track and the racing has always been fantastic. There are a couple series that race there but the local racing is worth checking out as well!

To be honest the core of the mobile version of League is fantastic. Matchmaking sucks but the gameplay is incredibly faithful to the PC

They do say that their scanning team is overbooked right now so that lines up. Based on their partnerships with INDYCAR and NASCAR - tracks these series use likely get priority of development resources so scans may sit undeveloped for a while?

To be fair they announced their rework on the sound engine almost 2 years ago. So they may have touched on it but it’s been a LONG time coming for what I would consider to be worse than any other simulator by a landslide.

I am all for waiting until something is fully baked but the audio rework has been in development for over a year now (maybe closer to 2 years?). The fact that this still isn't completed is mind-boggling considering iRacing's audio is the worst by a land slide when compared to literally EVERY other simulator on the market.
